Juliana is a user researcher and designer at KUNGU LABS. As a budding critical researcher and design thinker, she is interested in using design research, particularly psychology, to create user-centric digital experiences. Previously, Juliana worked with Hover Developer Services as a user experience designer. She graduated with a diploma in Information Technology from the AkiraChix CodeHive Program.
