Eunice is a development practitioner, strategist, and researcher at KUNGU LABS. Her background is in environmental conservation, environmental law, climate change adaptation, and policy analysis. She has over 10 years of experience in natural resource management and has overseen an extensive portfolio of climate change work covering various themes including climate finance, climate Justice, energy, adaptation and resilience, private sector engagement, and transparency. Eunice has worked with multi-stakeholder groups on issues of governance and in particularly vulnerable communities with a focus on women to lead, develop and implement gender-sensitive programs.

Most recently, she has worked with rural communities to advocate for the inclusion and integration of their experiences in research and development through policy dialogue to make research processes participatory, equitable, sustainable, and specific to the end-user. She believes in people-centered approaches that build local knowledge and drive self-growth and empowerment. She champions equitable resource use and management. Eunice has strong professional networks in green growth, climate change, sustainable development, government, environmental law, and natural resource management.
