He brings over five years of experience across audit, risk, and business intelligence, with a strong foundation in financial controls, compliance, and organizational governance. Prior to joining KUNGU LABS, Joseph worked in professional services and the telecommunications sector, where he supported audit quality assurance, automated reporting processes, and strengthened operational systems to improve accountability and performance. At KUNGU LABS, Joseph leads project planning and coordination across multiple thematic areas, manages budgets and contracts, and supports recruitment and team operations. His approach to data strategy is applied and pragmatic: integrating financial, operational, and project data to support planning, reporting, and learning. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and is completing a BSc in Data Science and Analytics. He also brings leadership experience from student governance, with a commitment to building transparent, well-governed, and resilient institutions.
